Just picked up a 14" mbp M2 Pro. Didn't see any reason to go M3. Only thing is got 512 gb, so may have made a mistake with not getting 1tb. Couldnt justify$300 for an additional .5 tb

Nice video. I have to comment on the brevite backpack. Yes you can fit all that stuff. But it is not comfortable when it’s that stuffed. I own that backpack. I like that it’s small and portable doesn’t look like a camera backpack but when it’s that stuffed it does not feel good. Feels flimsy when fully packed and is not weather proof/ resistant. Pretty pricey for no type of rain proof. Also the Velcro does not hold up for too long only owned it for about a year. It’s a cool backpack for 1 body and 1 lens max. Anything more than that the backpack does not feel too good.

Can you do a gimbal moves for those into land banking real estate

i only have a a7ii and thinking about selling it to get the insta 360. just hope its worth it.

Biggest real estate challenge: blinding bright windows with dark rooms. Do you just shoot early morning/dusk? Realtors seem to always want to go over to the house at noon 😢

I have been struggling with a situation that when I have to shoot from bright outside to darker interior, the camera(r6ii 24-105 f4 L) always react like crazy, I know it would be good to light the room a bit but without doing that, are their any thing I can do to avoid this? thanks alot.

Luma is nice but tbh I like the shake bounce a bit more. Luma works better for the clients who want a bit more of a chill vibe however

Can also add in a sort of transform transition as well as the motion blur and it helps a ton. Ryan Nangle has some nice push in / pull out transforms

What camera settings did you use for the interior so that you could have a perfect windows view - most often the windows are overexposed. Is it a matter of settings or weather/time of day? Great video!

When I bring my 60 fps into my timeline. Should I create my timeline at 24 and then my 60 FPS footage automatically gets downgraded? Or do I need to put my 60 FPS clips into the timeline and then slow them down manually to 40% speed? Using DaVinci.

I've been shooting on dslr with gimbal but switching to smartphone because it's easier, quicker and the realtors budgets are low most times so...why not 🤷🏽‍♂️
